We may collect your personal information from various sources, including information you provide directly (e.g., when you contact us or request our services). Certain personal information is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. Failure to provide the required information may prevent or delay the processing of your request and the delivery of our services.

1. Data Collected

2. Use of Data

We only use the personal information you provide to process your request, manage myEUConsumerRights, and deliver the services we offer, as described in this Privacy Notice.

We use your personal information to:

3. Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual necessity – To fulfil our obligations in providing the requested services, including handling your request and issuing invoices.

  • Legal compliance – To meet legal obligations applicable to our services (e.g., record-keeping requirements).

  • Legitimate interest – To ensure effective service delivery, maintain accurate records, manage communications, and improve our offerings based on user needs. Where we rely on legitimate interest, we ensure that this does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. We have conducted a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) to ensure fairness and transparency.

  • Consent – Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending direct marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Data Storage and Security

Personal data is stored securely using cloud-based services that comply with GDPR standards. We ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your data.

Data and documents related to your case are retained only for the duration necessary to complete the service (e.g., 24/48 hours or the agreed extended period). Post-service, all documents are permanently deleted, except that your name and email may be retained for marketing purposes (with your consent) for up to 1 year. Personal data is reviewed periodically to ensure that it is either deleted or retained lawfully.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular backups.

5. User Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access, rectify, or delete your personal data.

  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data.

  • Request data portability.

  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

We will respond to data access or deletion requests within one month in accordance with GDPR. If the request is complex, this period may be extended by an additional two months, and we will inform you accordingly. To protect your data, we may require identity verification before processing certain requests.

To exercise these rights, contact us at dpo_ja@gmail.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website, built on the Wix platform, does not use cookies or similar tracking tools beyond those essential for the operation of the site. 7. Data Transfers to Third Parties
